Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using AI Email Manager (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Service is operated by OBI Solutions ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

AI Email Manager connects to your Gmail account (with your consent) and uses artificial intelligence to classify incoming emails, generate draft reply suggestions, and deliver daily summaries of your inbox activity. The Service is intended for business use to help manage email communications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to bind that business to these Terms.

4. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activity that occurs under your account.
• Ensuring that the information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at joe@obisolutions.co.uk.

5. Gmail Access and Permissions

By connecting your Gmail account, you grant AI Email Manager permission to read your emails and create draft replies on your behalf. We request only the permissions necessary to provide the Service. You can revoke this access at any time via the Settings page or through your Google Account at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking access will stop email processing but will not automatically delete your account or data.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Send unsolicited communications or spam.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service for any purpose that is unlawful or harmful.

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to classify emails and generate draft replies. All AI-generated drafts are created in your Gmail account and must be reviewed by you before sending. We do not send emails on your behalf without your explicit action. You are solely responsible for any emails you send, including those based on AI-generated drafts. AI classifications and drafts may contain errors and should not be relied upon without human review.

8. Billing and Payment

Currently the Service is provided in a limited beta. Paid subscription details will be communicated to you prior to any charges being applied. Continued use after billing is introduced constitutes acceptance of the applicable pricing. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding your data), is owned by OBI Solutions and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data. You grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI classifications and drafts will be accurate.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OBI Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

12. Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at joe@obisolutions.co.uk. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service, with reasonable notice where practicable. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or via a notice in the portal. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms are posted constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
